Is the Ford Racing 62mm throttle body worth my time and money as far as HP increase? Will I need to change my tune for this? If I get headers instead, do I need a tune for them?

IMO, skip it, save for some longtubes. You'll need a tune for them as well, but you'll see good, solid gains for sure.

It may add 5 rwhp or so, but it will also likely require tuning and could lead to driveability issues.
