you do not use that for anything, unless we ask you to go there over the phone and provide you with a key to get in

Mikel, when would you have to use that feature? My inTune has caused my car not to start and it won't load the factory tune back onto the car. Would that feature solve that issue?mikel wrote:you do not use that for anything, unless we ask you to go there over the phone and provide you with a key to get in

Its used if the PCM is not responding, and the tool is not in recovery, is your tool in recovery mode?

I called and I believe I spoke with John. He stated he needed the computer out of my car and the inTune to see of he could fix the problem.. I didn't understand why he needed my computer. I believe the problem is the inTune...

if the car does not start, and the tool will not recover it, then we would need the PCM to fix it.
