u7198 tune lost

I have a 2001 tahoe that the PCM took a dump on . I tried to connect the tuner to pull the tune out and it would not link up . Long story short , i had to get a new PCM and my tuner tune is locked ,,,,, what to do??

Call Tech Support tomorrow. You'll need proof the PCM was replaced.
Unfortunately the PCM probably wasn't bad. They probably could have talked you through a fix on the phone. GM PCMs are hard to kill.
