Plugged in my new Trinity and it says calid not supported. I have been using a Predator for the past few years with no problems. The Trinity has version v.1r08 software. It is showing the PCM as 05030063AG and the TCM as 04692392AK. The TCM file is what it says is not supported? How do I get past this?

Don't know if this will work, but try plugging the Trinity into the computer again (after the calid not supported message) and do an update.

So you don't have the Incremental update? You should have 1r08c. Install the incremental update and see if that solves the problem. I think it will.

Yes, you need the latest 1r08c.

I just downloaded 1r08c and tried it again in the car but it still gives me the same "calid not supported" message? What next?

I also noticed my actual TCM is 04692392AG but the Trinity is saying its 04692392AK. Why is it recognizing a K on the end instead of a G?

is it telling you that the vehicle may need an update?
