Vin Calibration not supported.

Any help would be great! 05 Dodge ram 1500 4.7 4x first registered in tune I1000, updated and tried to connect to truck and all i get is not calibrated for vin, check for updates? connect back to the pc and there are no calibrations needed.

It should be downloading the update for you.

Please open the intune drive on the PC and grab the info.xml file and post it here or email it to me if you can.

hmmm..the tool is not asking for a cal update.
Take it back to the car and see if it is still asking you to do a cal update then take it back to the PC.

If it dont work, feel free to give us a call and we'll walk you through it.

Did that about 5 more times last night, it says needs a update in the truck but not on the pc

Seems to be an all too common result. Subscribing here too for a solution.

Ditto. I have the latest update according to the Intune app when i run the updater, and according to the info in the xml file. Still says not currently supported when i attempt a tune. Hopefully a fix is in the works. $389 :?

same here. 2008 dodge charger. Error: PCM calibration for <vin #> is currently not supported. Check for a calibration update?

I am hoping for a fix.

the tool is asking you to plug into a PC and let it download a new update for your PCM before it can be tuned.
