Idle Surging

I am having idling issues on start up, changing from drive to neutral, and when I stop. I have an 05' Magnum with a Sidewinder Cam using the Performance CAI tune(93 Octane). Has anyone expierenced this and found a way to fix it. From what I have read it has happened mostly to the 5.7 L Hemi's

did you adjust your idle settings? if not, try to raise it up a little

Lets keep in mind that any aftermarket cams should seek custom tuning.

I have no cam and I have a really bad idle surge. The car runs great but when U stop and put it in park it jumps from 650 to 950 and back down and continues to do this. Any thoughts?
