intune wont write back up tune

I have an 05 srt4 with mods. I just purchased the intune and tried to copy the tune thats on the car as a back up. I got the message "This vehicle appears to have already been tuned before back up not saved" now I now I can get the computer reset to factory but the car wont run with factory setting. I just want to know my options around this cuase right now I have a $400 paper weight thats useless.

It must have been tuned in the past with a predator or trinity, if it is not a stage PCM we can force the intune to do a calibration update.

ok but if I do that will the car be drivable? Also if I do that would that now become my back up tune?

no, Im suggesting you call us so we can force an update to the pcm, which will set it back to a stock Dodge calibration.
