intune wont load just says failure to read pcm.(300c5.7)

I put the diablo tune on a few months ago no trouble. I just tried the mpg fuel saver tune and then put it back to stock tune no trouble. And today went to load the diablo tune back on and it wont load just keeps coming up with failure to read pcm. battery is fine what can I do.

have you updated the tool by chance?
what version is it on now?

so please clarify what is going on. Are you going to the vehicle and choosing tune vehicle/ write vehicle with the ignition on and what does it say?

Yes I plug the tuner in I hit tune vehicle then hit write vehicle with the key on, Then hit diablo tune then next menu comes up I hit diablo tune then it says saving pcm, Then it starts to save and then after 2 sec of this it stops and says FAILURE TO READ PCM ORIGINAL BACKUP. I hope iam going to get some help with this it been 3 days and iam back were I started again. Iam not happy with this the first intuner I was sent was falty and had to be sent back at my cost. At the moment it a $400 waist of money.

Still waiting for help since the 3rd is now the 11th and have still got nowere is this what they call service.

There was anther customer yesterday who posted that he tried 4 times in a row, and it worked on the 4th try.
We are trying every day to duplicate this here so we can see exactly what is going on, but have yet been unable to reproduce it. We are still looking into it though.

Is that it is that all the support and help iam going to get is it? Iam just suposed to sit here for how long a week a month ? This is not something that has just happened, from this forum this has been happening for a long time. I would like it fixed but if iam not going to get anywere then just send me details on getting a refund.

we are pursuing this, we have been unable to reproduce it here on a vehicle, which is making it difficult to fix...

As I said this has been happening for quite some time its an ongoing problem that doesnt seem to be getting fixed. i would ring but as iam in australia I cant afford to be put on hold for hours as others have been on this forum.

sir, if you are not able or unwilling to wait for us to find a resolution, I would strongly urge you to simply return the tool tothe retailer.
I am not sure what Vas was referring to, as we have not come up with a solid resolution for this issue at this time.
