2010 dodge ram now stuck in 4th gear

Got my intune today and was so excited. Updated it on the pc, then decided to try the 87 octane tune. Went for a test drive. Truck started in 4th gear, never shifted up or down even if I manually tried with the + and - buttons. Was somewhat upset so I decided to return to stock. Well now im really upset. My truck is still stuck in 4th even though Im running my backed up origional file. I've loaded and unloaded the 87 and stock origional tune 3 times in an effort to return to stock. Can someone please tell me how to fix this issue.

please restore the stock tune, then drag the attached file to the intune drive, and reload the tunes, should be all set

pull the battery for a second to clear the issue for now.
