'09 Tahoe cal not recognized

Went to the dealer, pulled out the tune ahead of time and they must have flashed it. The tuner wont go in and took a bunch of back and forth to get it running.

what is the version on the tool? You just may need to update the tool now.

restore the backup then try this:
