Dodge Ram 09 hemi - failed to read pcm Original Backup

hi!

ive seen some other people are having the same problem... im from europe - and i bought 2 intunes for 2 dodges.. on the first it does not work because of "failed to read pcm Original Backup".

In the attachment you can find the info.xml... maybe someone can help me... i payd tax in austria --> so the 2 tunes cost over 1000 Dollar. -> its not so funny...

anyone who can help me ?

first thing I would do is update this tool, it is on a very old version now.

hi mikel!
i did it before i used it in the ram... the picture of the update utility shows "this intune is up do date with Diablo´s current releases.
No calibrations need updating !

what to do now ??

that info.xml says it is on 1r01d, we are up to 1r01h, open the updater, and click update/check now.

i did it again... in the attachment the new file... - but nothing was downloaded....^

before i did not do the upate my vehicle was not found - so i think it will work.. but i still have the problem failed to read pcm Original Backup

sorry, but because i dont want to miss the last day to return the 2 intunes its really important for me what i can do now ??

today i tried it with the second ram (i have 2 intunes) - same problem... it is a 2010... i cant believe it.......

Having the same issue with an '09. Any update or additional info would be great.
