07 Cherokee SRT-8 + U7135

Hi,
today I was trying to install the U7135 on an 07 Cherokee SRT-8. the device did the scanning and reading 100%. After selecting 93 Octane with CAI tune it showed a msg says: " tune is rejected cause the vehicle is already tuned". then showed another msg says "couldn't save stock tune (4)".

I had that incident with two Cherokee Srt-8 vehicles ... so is it possible that those two cars are really tuned with DS devices by the previous owners?

They must have been, but not necessarily with DS products. Could be any tuner.

Yes, they are both tuned with our stuff already

the predator is seeing our marriage byte on the pcm, which is why it is rejecting the file. We can fix it over the phone with the tool powered up in the truck.

I'm contacting you from an over seas country ... so a phone call would be costy for me ... is there any other way that you can teach me how to resolve this problem? like via PM or email ... don't worry I'm fully aware of the predator options so it'd be easy for me to follow all of the steps & instructions ... I tuned over 100 vehicles with the U7194 & U7135.

sorry, this process will require that you call or have it reflashed at a dealership...

I guess I have no choice but to call ... is there any direct ext. so I can call you on? or anybody's ext. who can help me on that?
how long the process would take so I can arrange for that ...
