Cannot load Driver software

I have poured over several of the threads here on updating my inTune to the latest version. First error message that comes up is:

"Failed to copy driver file...."

A drive for both the InTune and an Diablosport CD Drive show in the Windows Explorer window, though the CD Drive is not accesible. When clicked on, this CD drive will result in the same error message as when the device is plugged in.

I downloaded the file from another thread, and performed a drop-and-drag to the CD drive (which was not allowed) and to the InTune Drive. The InTune reset when this was done, but the file that was dragged in does not display.

Through all this, I have not been able to execute the download of the update. My InTune Device is still on Firmware version 1r01d.

What can I do to acquire the update?

You can simply close out of the "driver not loaded" window, that is not need to update the tool. When you see the intune icon, double click on it, you will see the intune by your clock, click on it and you should now see the intune loading any updates. If you still have issues, give us a call and we will help get you up to date.

to add to frank the actual way to get rid of the issue is to go to your my computer screen. double click on the diablosport icon.

then when it opens and closes quick , it will appear by your clock. double click the icon near clock it should open up large.

GO to intune- explore - cdrom.



sorry i reread the issue at hand. Please download this file then save it to your intune folders directory not on any of the actual files just the open space. can be dragged and dropped after it is saved to your desktop. Above comments will work after words.
