Dataviewer crashing after 20 seconds of recording

Intune - 1r01h update
Dataviewer 3.3.0.8
2005 dodge neon srt4

Computer is:
Dell Latitude E4200
Intel duo core 1.6Ghz
windows 7 64 it
3gigs of ram

The first time that i used the software it worked great and was able to complete a ten minute log flawlessly. However, now it will only log for about 30 seconds before the dataviewer freezes, stops recording, and prompts me to save. then if i try to restart another log it freezes dataviewer and the intune.

I have set my Com port settings to 115200 bits per second, and im pretty sure my usb port is not going into power save.

I have also attached my most recent runtime log.

try this...

plug in intune, and let the intune.exe launch, and then close it, then open DV and see if it runs without crashing ;)

Still does it. I added my runtime file from last night.

I don't mean to keep on complaining but is there anything you guys can do to figure out why data viewer keeps on crashing? from other people's experiences as well as my own it seems to only crash when you utilize the input signal in conjunction with the in tune. its coming up on two months now and i would really like to complete the tuning process that i already paid for. Thanks.

This is scheduled to get fixed, but it is not holding you up.

The inTune itself can log faster than DV can any day, so just log to the tool, and email the logs to the tuner for playback ;)

except the fact that i need my actual afr... if you guys cant fix the problem with the input freezing DV than can you at least figure out a way for us to be able to select the 0-5V input as a selectable pid in the intune? id rather not have to spend even more money for an extra device to datalog my 0-5V signal when the intune is supposed to have that capability built into it.

Try logging another ECU PID with AFR (e.g. Engine RPM).
