need help predator stuck on back up screen

ok here goes got a stage 3 sharadon trans loaded a new tune from david amalong in arizona any way worked great went to change the fueling in the pcm side seemed to be working fine then error on tcm load tool automatically tryed to load the original backup but keeps saying tcm error (-154) dont know what this means tryed uplugging and reconnecting goes right back to trying to load the backup and then this message please help

Was the tune locked? You can't change a locked tune.

no wont do anything everytime i try to load it says the tcm code thing

Ok called tech support earlier today had me go thru tool enter some codes then I did the calid update on my computer went to load in truck PCM load no issues gets to tcm says failed error prepare vehicle (-154) what's up I can see everything with the data log and a separate scanner so I know it's not the truck

well called again went thru more steps now theres no tcm in the truck apparently according to predator and it wont load the original backup because its not there somehow waiting on a call back to see if the bench sim shows if its tool or pcm according to techs at diablo but truck is now totally undrivable wont even run starts and stalls

Still have not heard back yet I have a 40k lawn ornament right now that would look nice if it worked please help

what was the last thing you discussed with our techs?

if the truck will not start, and you bought the tool new, we'll pick up the PCM and get you fixed asap...

Last thing we talked about was someone at diablo was going to flash a PCM with my calid and see if they could get a predator to recognize it my predator says vehicle calid not supported or something along those lines and it does not pull up a calid for tcm in the options section but somehow the predator set the PCM side back to stock and then truck no start

I purchased the tool new from moes performance back in 2009 worked great up until a week ago have receipt if needed for proof of purchase

Received phone call will be filling out RMA for the tool and sending the tool and the PCM to you guys tomm hopefully we can get this going again
