What is with the Spam on this website?

I'm on a few forums and none of them get hit with the amount of spam that this one does. Well. . . let me say none of it gets through to be seen.

They're bots, and theres nobody here at night to clean it. Plus, everybody gets approved for an account, so the bots keep making new ones with nothing stopping them.

Yes, people come here and post blah blah as they wish. Thats what makes the forum a messy one.
