Tune isn't taking...

Hi Mike,
I'm having a problem with my Predator writing to my 06 SRT8 (calid: 05030232AF). I've had it for almost 2 weeks. The Predator worked fairly well up until yesterday. Initially I was able to write the tune, but I never did get the raised shift points to work. Yesterday, I put the car back to stock while we installed a new cam - that one wrote fine. Then I put in a modified stock tune with the idle raised to 750 - that one also wrote fine. Now that the PCM has learned the new cam, I want to put my performance tune back in. I've tried 3 different times so far with no luck. I specfically changed the idle in the performance tune to 700 so I could see a difference and it's always still idling at 750 now. The shifts are still soft like the stock tune too. This morning, I restored the original tune and reset the Predator and installed the modified performance tune (with 700 idle) again. I still have the 750 idle. Any suggestions?
EDIT: OK, I played with installing the performance tune again this afternoon. Based on changing the idle, it looks like its writing to the PCM but I still have the soft stock shifts and no raised shift points. So its looks like its more of a TCM issue.
Thanks.
