Bought Used Car With Tune

Hello,
I bought an '08 Charger a few weeks ago and promptly ordered an inTune and 180 thermostat. I installed the thermostat then went to tune it and the Intune won't backup because it says that there is no original programming and the car already has a tune. I received no tuner with the car (had no clue it had been tuned until it told me). Do I need to get the ECU reflashed to stock at a dealer so I can use the inTune or is there some way to force it to backup whatever is there?
