Wish best of luck! Just added the Heartthrob Exhaust and Airaid CAI to my 2012 F150 Ecoboost and hope to have you guys tune her up when you make the break through! I'm patient enough to wait for the right tune!!

Any Update?
Also, I am sure you have all answered this question a million times... but hopefully you can answer it 1,000,001

. Have you seen any new mechanisms within the 2012's that would allow the dealer to know that there has been a tune in the truck post-reset back to stock? Such as a checksum?
I have had about 4 Diablo tuners in my time (I'm only 23) but apparently Ford is being extra picky with the warranties on these trucks and I don't necessarily blame them with how engineered and interdependent everything is within these engines. If something goes wrong it probably wouldn't be too far of a stretch to "prove" causal by the programmer even if it wasn't the true cause. After all, these things change a lot of parameters...
I've gotta 2012 fx4 eco with only 4k miles on it and also bought the 100k warranty - these trucks cost a pretty penny and I would hate to void warranty with a relatively new engine that hasn't been fully proven yet.

Thanks for the quick reply.
Thats what I like to hear!

Looks like I will be getting a 5th Diablo programmer. You guys know what your doin, so if you say it's going to be invisible - I am sure it will be. sign me up!
I know that these engines have GOT to be pretty difficult to build a tune for, how is it coming along?
Is there any info that you can divulge at this point?
This is the first time I have been driving a truck without a tune in quite some time and the itch is only getting worse - even with the 420ft/lb+

...Or no update on where you guys are at with the tune - that's cool.
It's only been 7 months since this thread was started
If you are going to hold out for the tune to be perfect, that is GREAT. However, vagueness and/or not updating your loyal customers (who are waiting and aren't taking their business elsewhere) isn't.
Not complaining - just letting you know that even the most loyal customer wont be loyal for long if there seems to be no product that will be available. They will go elsewhere.
so...?
