I put my vote in for you as SPAM Bot removal, guess it wasn't a vaiable option but not sure why... A person offereing to kill spam bots for free over the weekend is to good to be true.

Probably the same Russians that hack the gm-trucks forum every few months!!!!

We would al appreciate your time cleaning this site up on weekends.......if they would allow it?

No point in having a forum if you are not going to maintain it properly. This entire section is all crapped up!

believe me, if it was that easy...

remember, they are bots. If they were simply using the same IP each time, it would be easy :)

They get IPs from ALL OVER the world, and even all over the US. You can ban one IP then they get a new one in seconds, they are brutal.

Use a simple question during sign up that the bots cannot answer. Such as: "What's the title of our company?" Diablo _ _ _ _ _

issues is, we have a new site being built, and everything is being moved over currently, so its more work that it would be worth to upgrade the current forum software when we already have a new one, ready to go on the new site :)

Wont be too long...

Mike Levy says he will delete each one for y'all if you give him the authority. Mike, I know you like that idea last time he brought it up, is that not a viable option?
