ok so i have a 2008 dodge ram 1500 sport 5.7l flowmaster 50hd and afe tbs amd a k&n cai with a diablo sport in tune but evrytime i try to do ne thing it says exit called im pissed cause now im in mpg tune with shitty parameters and i want to change it but i cant do ne thing plz help and i also talked to a guy from ur corp. and he says he will get me a update for my truck but its been 2 weeks now and still no call or email.

we are working on the fix for this issue right now, should be done soon.

Figured I would drop a reply in here too...2005 Dodge Neon SRT-4, brand new Intune...I've used the Diablo Tune several time with no issue, got an injector rescale done by a reputable CMR dealer, on pretty much the final reversion and I can't flash it at all...just goes straight to Exit Called!!! when I hit Write Vehicle (i think thats what its called), same for DTCs or datalogging, PID selection...Exit Called every time.

Edit: Just got off the phone with you guys...kinda disappointed to hear that I have to RMA my device or wait out an update...hope it comes soon...my DD is now dead in the water because I can't flash a tune/rescale :/

ok thnx guys hope its fixed soon but besides that i love my diablo i was going to buy a bullydog but im glad i didnt

I have a 2010 Dodge Ram Hemi 1500. I have had the INTUNE tuner for three weeks now. My truck has been programmed twice on the first day of purchasing the programmer. When I plugged the tuner in a third time to program my truck, an error comes up stating (Exit Called!!!) I then proceeded to call Diablo's help-line. I waited over an hour to hear these words on the phone. "We know about the problem, and it should be fixed in two days, after this weekend" It has now been two weeks. This is now becoming very frustrating. My truck is not able to return to the stock settings. I had an appointment to take the truck to the local dealership for some work, now I had to cancel my appointment to try to get this problem addressed before they can perform the work that I need done. Considering that I use my truck for work, this is quickly becoming a great nuisance.

The Tuner also has the most recent update on it.

ok so almost a mnth now and no fix wow starting to think to bring it back and get a superchip or bullydog like come on guys plz fix this problem i know its not just us complaining about problems but shit man hurry up i wanna smoke my tires

I, for one, am REALLY getting tired of hearing "any day now"......
