Frustrated with Predator

I was having issues with my Predator, I called tech support last week, they were great with all the help they provided me. They walked me through in a very professional manner. At the end I was told that I just plug in and install my choice of tune.
I tried to install an 89 tune. A message popped up and asked me to force calibration, which I said yes. Nothing happened. My tool told me to turn off the key, Which I did. It scrolled for 45 minutes. I tried 3 times this weekend and nothing. First time 15 minutes,second time 20 minutes and finally the last try, I left it plugged in 45 minutes and still nothing.
I have a 2009 Dodge Ram Hemi. All my updated have been installed.
Am I missing a critical step during install?
