Truck won't start

I just received my Predator for my 05 Dodge Cummins today, during the initial first program the Predator was in the process of making the backup copy of the factory program and stopped. The message on the screen said it was unable to communicate, and then said press continue to restart. I tried it again and it still will not "write" anything.

As of right now the truck will turn over but not start at all.....

Diablo's support line is closed too..

You'll need to call us first thing in the morning with the Predator in the truck, powered up.

Make sure your battery is fully charged as well.
