when it says pcm calibration not supported it means the car needs an update. You hit continue or check mark on that screen until it tells you to connect it to a pc based computer.

When you connect it to a computer it will download the required calibration update file. then when it is done you will take it back to your car choose tune vehicle- write vehicle and it will load and say a calibration has been loaded do you wish to update Hit the check mark.,

and follow prompts it will get you to update the vehicle prior to use.

this is NOT a problem, its telling you that your vehicle needs an update, and it asks you to connect it to a PC with internet access to get the update from our server via the intune.exe

Thanks

Plug it to a powered up PC with internet connection, fire up intune.exe and let it do it's thing for an hour (should be quicker but just to be safe).

You can also check the firmware info in the settings to make sure they are up to date.

assuming the tool is already updated, the cal update takes about 2 minutes start to finish :)
