and you are on a very very old revision on that trinity... you should restore original backup to your car...
download and install the latest DSDownloader program (version 2.2.2.6)... then connect the trinity to your pc, start up the dsdownloader program, and it will automatically download and install all the latest updates to your trinity...
it will take a while, because you don't even have the BIG major 1.08 revision on there yet.... so you may need to do it a few times...
run bootcamp or parallels desktop on your MAC so you can run Windows.... or, borrow a friends Windows PC to do it...
