Please help ASAP- Intune doesnt work after latest "fix

I plugged in my intune for the big update posted on 5/15 and based on recommendations restored my car to stock.
I started the process to download 1r01i. the tool rebooted then asked my to open the Intune drive to launch getcdrom.exe. I did all this, the tool did it's thing. When it was done, I went to my car to use it and it wouldn't get passed the first screen. It freezes up.
I came back to my computer to plug it in and now nothing works. The tool boots up and the drive opens. The Intune.exe autostart opens but when I click on it, it'll come back an say "failed to detect Intune" or "application not found" After this, the drive shows empty.

Occasionally, after booting it up and re booting it, I can get the updater to start. Most of the time however, it won't run at all.

When it did, it downloaded some calibrations, etc then said -

"Updates loaded to in tune. It will reboot automatically.
This process may take several minutes please be patient. " won't go further than this.
All the tune, PID, OBD data bases are missing(*) and the updater isn't working


I unplugged it and took it to my car to see what happens. It may get to the tune vehicle screen. If it doesn't freeze there, it will let me go to "write vehicle" screen and then it freezes.

I had 1r01h and it worked fine. I was following direction to update my Intune and now I'm screwed.

I need to get this working please. This is my only car and it now wont run because there's no tune in it. My mods won't allow for a stock tune.

the (*) means its checking. not that its not there. so the tool keeps freezing on you?

if you backout to the main menu then go back into it some of those (*) will say OK. that is the db checking process (new process)

put it on the main menu and let it sit. possible has not downloaded allt he dbs. If you are not on the main menu it will not download the required files.

Open the diablosport updater and check again if it says complete or all updated give it a minute or two then recheck the dbs all should say ok when complete.

When I plug it in, it boots up. The "G" drive opens along with an Autoplay window with a link to Intune.exe. I click on Intune.exe and wait a few minutes and get :/F application not found.

This is an early Beta unit that I received when I was part of the Beta testing and this unit has had more than one issue. I couldn't keep dealing with it and I couldn't wait 3 weeks or longer for repairs. My tuner (Robert of Ditos motors) had a few of these in stock, so I bit the bullet and bought a new one. The new one has been updated and works perfectly.

Can I please send this in for repair? If so, what do I need to do? Thanks Jon,

No need to RMA...Got it to update, all is well.

I was having issues with the Intune.exe application not being found. Here's what I tried and it worked.

When the Intune booted up, I went right to the F drive (CDrom drive) where the Intune.exe app is and copied the Intune.exe application. I moved it to my desk top and tried it from there. It started right up and went about the update process as it should. Now that the new update has completed, the Intune works as it should again. I don't know why it wouldn't work when trying to run Intune.exe from the unit itself. It's all good now.

I was even able to return, for a full refund, the Intune I just bought as a replacement. It really has been a great day!
