in-tune issues still

<?xml version="1.0"?>
-<tool_info> <main svn="4599" sw_rev="1r01i" full_version="InTune-1r01i 05/15/2012 10:38:04 AM"/> <registration status="0" sn="CIEKDAF-1"/> <restore bc="0" vin="" id="0"/> <db mfr="GM"/> <db mfr="DCX"/> <db mfr="FORD"/> <license tuned="0" avail="1"/> <updates count="3"/> </tool_info>

here is my tool info. i cant get it to update because it says it failed to copy the driver. I ran auto update on the computer. it says do not disconnect updating the in-tune. then it says no in-tune conected. I cant spend all day on tech support at work let alone take time off, it costs more than i paid for the tuner. any info would be great thanks. :?

open my computer, and right click on diablosport cd rom drive, and click open, then right click on the intune.exe and select run as administrator, thats all you need to do.

Thanks

Mine did the same thing (Windows XP) on the last update. I did what was mentioned in previous post without any admin option and it all worked out fine.

I've found when updating, it looks like it's frozen at times when it's actually still working... and besides restoring the vehicle to stock beforehand, whenever doing an update remember - PATIENCE is the key!
:wink:
