if it does not even light up, its either a fuse inthe car or the connector on the bottom of the unit, can you try it in a different vehicle?

mgonza wrote:I got back my inTune. The invoice states connector replaced, unit updated and tested ok. Appllication: 1t01bond. Vehicle VIN and such information is missing.

I plugged it into my Mac computer running Lion with Parallels (Windows XP). On the PC side the inTune icon will not load. The auto update also does not launch. The inTune folder that appears on the desktop (both Mac and PC) does not have a .exe file. The folder contains info.xml file, logs and tune folders. Both the logs and tunes folders are empty.

Running it on the Mac side does the same thing. Nothing but the above referenced inTune folder. I would like to run it on the Mac because it is supposed to be easier but the first time, before I sent the unit in I could only get it to run on the PC side.

Please advise.
please drag/drop the attached file to the intune drive, while on windows.
once the tool reboots, let the intune.exe run, and then click update/check now, and the tool will download all the latest databases and be ready to go.

Thanks

after successfully loading the cal update, what happens when you try to go to the tune menu?

Are you sure the connector is clipped in on both sides firmly?
