Intune Screen Calibration

Got my intune back from Diablo. Sent it in for repair cause it froze. Took 7 weeks from the day they picked it up to the day it was returned.
The screen wasnt calibrated propperly, i'd try and touch an icon and hit the one below it. Tried the screen calibration to fix this.
It gives me 5 rows of letters and numbers. Apparently it's the password you have to enter on the next screen. Why in hell you need a password to calibrate the screen I have no idea.
Anyway, when you enter this password, it appears on the top of the screen but it will only accept 80% of the password, then it begins to type over itself. When you go to the next screen it "Fails" because you cant enter the entire password.
So, what now ????
