I did a data log today I was on 89 oct and 91 tune with ACES IV and I got 2 deg KNK LT and 4.50 KNK ST. so I added 3% more fuel across the bored do u thank that will work. It is on a 2010 charger 3.5HO

You screwed up royally. Number one, get rid of the ACES. Additives do not burn. Having something that doesn't burn in the combustion chambers will kill the octane of the gas and cause knock. Number 2, you can't run a 91 tune on 89 octane. If you want to run the 91 tune, you need to run 91 or 93 octane. You can never run lower octane then the tune is designed for. Combine both screw ups, and theres no wonder you have knock, both short and long term.

Adding more fuel will just make the knock worse, because you're adding more garbage that won't burn.

Exactly. Pass on the ACES crap regardless of what you see in the other forums. It's pure snake oil like any additive usually is and won't help anything other than to lighten your wallet. Take that money and pay Johan to do an email tune for you. He's a class act and will work with you to get a good tune.
