Post by Stingray4me »

Hello,
Help, ok i have a mac for some reason the intune crashes on windows 7. I have a brand new intune, someone from diablo emailed me 1r01i i dragged and droped into intune it updateded and rebooted then told me to get cd info. i tried on pc it worked for a while then crashed when it almost finished. looked at tool firmware info it was 1r01i thought it was ok . plugged into car and get vin database error...how can i fix with only a mac.... please any info appreciated..
Forgot i have a 2010 camaro ss ls3 but havn't got that far yet..

nothing????
should intune firmware be on 1r01i or 1r02a ?????

ok, pc on windows 7 goes blue screen during getcd. so its just a mac. i dragged 1r01i then 1r02a to intune. are these the only updates??

Thanks for the info, why when i was on the phone with customer support three days ago so i could have avoided all of this he told me i only needed 1r01a..... Anyway..
i started to do that and then after 2nd update it told me i had to register the intune. I filled out the form on web page already (obviously as i'm logged in to post) when i look at tool info it says license 0/1. when i registered i got a username and password. am i missing something. how am i supposed to register the intune. Thanks again for any info you can provide.....

i cant drag the updates to intune because....Intune failed to update because its not registered........unbelievable.........................
