What is the best chip for this car? I bought the car new and installed a delta chip then. The issue is, I have moved to a state that to be in inspection "readiness" the chip has to be removed. This is a pain and I would like a chip that avoids this.

Check out the inTune.
It lets you flash the tunes, and can be put back to stock at any time, easily.
