Predator locked up on me...

The Predator has locked up on me. So far it has only been used twice. It was purchased with my ProCharger kit and installed from an authorized dealer, no problems. Then I changed gear ratio for the rear end, had the shop change this in the Predator to make it right. That is it. So just now I go to check a few things and I can't make any selections. It is stuck where you can select Performance Tune, Options, etc... I hit the center button, nothing. I hit ESC, nothing. I hit the up and down keys, nothing... I tried several times then even plugged it in to the AC cord in the house and still the same problem. What's going on here?!

maybe the keypad is having an issue?

if thats it, just fill out the rma request form and we'll get it sorted out.
