cannot upgrade, have old firmware, Need help asap

I just bought an i1000 and it isnt up to current version software, I am having trouble updating it. Can any one send me the current firmware?

are you using a PC?
does the intune.exe run for you?

All of the updates are posted in the Mac user section....
