usb divice not recognized

so i just bought the intune today, plugged it into my 07 ram 1500 5.7 and said i needed to update from my computer, so i went inside plugged it in, nothing.. all three computers said the same thing " usb device not recognized " so now im wondering what the hell to do. help!

go to start menu. look for my computer or computer. right click it and go to properties. choose hardware then device manager or just device manager.

while the intune is plugged in, is anything standing out of the list.
