Shifting Issues

I have a 06 Charger RT with Pred Tuner (u7135). I have been using it for a while and all works great. Then the other day I noticed a small issue. I was getting on the highway and I jumped on it a little, only about half throttle and between 2-3 in auto it would over rev. Everything seems like its still in the power band but I am hitting about 6300rpm. If I am WOT everything works as expected, if I let off the gas slightly it shifts early (about 4000rpm). The only time I see this issue is at about 1/2 throttle.

I did bump up the rev on the tuner to avoid kicking it into limp mode when using stick as suggested by a lot of people. But as I said its only at a specific "on is state"

what is your throttle booster set at ?
