the intune runs the logo bar, then show me one message: disk check take up to 30 minutes and the button continue, when i press the button, show me 1 clock and after 20 minutes the intunes goes freeze,

i tried several times and the picture on the screen freeze always.

any help please.

That tool needs to be updated. If the intune drive shows up on your computer Please go to the forum section for mac /non pc users and download the intune-1r01i. itf file.

this will start the update process and get you going.
again the intune drive will need to show up in the my computer screen of your computer.

And as far as I know the drive will show up.
