inTune slow and non-responsive

Just started playing around with it today. Initial loading is really slow and going through options as well is slow too. The touchscreen is very finicky. Some times you use your finger and other times you need a stylus. I thought the touchscreen would be like the Trinity. Also, when I click on the touchscreen calibration it gives me a key.
I have the 1r02b version. I thought about updating it since you probably have a fix for all these problems, but under Support, then Updates, there is no option for inTune.

1r02b is current, are you getting this behavior on USB or in the vehicle?

Good point. USB. But when I checked in the vehicle and went through the different options, the Stabilitrak went crazy.

I drove it around a little bit and it seemed fine. Couldn't get on it since the roads were slick, but the T/C did engage a few times, so it must have been a glitch. Maybe it was a certain sequence of going through different options that triggered it. But I tried again a few times and nothing. I did time from plug in to load and it took a full 60 seconds. The trinity and predator never took that long.

Here it is being non-responsive. Powered up, pressed tune vehicle, nothing, pressed again, nothing. Cycled power, pressed tune vehicle, nothing, pressed again, nothing, and then this:
Seems like it needs to sit for a minute before you press anything, otherwise the above.

I think it freezes via USB because of the prompts on the computer. There is no "tool under remote control" like with the Trinity and Predator? When you cancel the prompts or even go through them, it can still freeze.
Also, the Trinity definitely has a much better responsive touchscreen.

when the tool is slow like that, can you see/access the diablosport and intune drives?
Thanks

Nope. I have to cycle the power and try again.

I think you're confusing the tool. Why are pressing Tune Vehicle when your not attached to a vehicle but attached to the USB? The tool needs to see a vehicle and it finds USB instead. If i were in that position I'd lock up too.

Hooking it to car and it freezes all the time. I have a Chrysler pt cruiser h/o and i hook it up check for update and it run slow still and half the time it crashes where I have to unplug it.
