When you disable the traction control on the Diablo tune, is it only for the next time you start the car? It goes back to normal once you turn the car off and then back on for the second time. Is there a way to disable it until I want to enable it on my terms?

Probably not because its designed for the dyno only. When you turn off traction control, you also turn off EBD, ESP and ABS.

Or do the no ESP mod....I have a hidden toggle switch and it turns it off completely until i want it back on.

The LXforums has a pretty sweat write up about it...Look up NoESP mod

You can indeed turn a part of it off, but not the whole system via the Esp button in the dash, it will leave abs and other system working, there is many way to really disable these features 100%, some can use the holding technique, some use tuner, such as the InTune, some will use some kind of ignition switch metod. Easiest and most reliable would be the use of a DiabloSport tuner Imo.
