Help!! Just updated my intune and now everything has erased!

Please help!

I updated my inTuner yesterday and just plugged into my car and it automatically started to prpare, write and install something. It said to plug the inTuner into my PC and run getcd rom from the driver which I did. I have just plugged the inTuner into my car and it does not recognise my VIN and everything is empty!

I have a 2005 Grand Cherokee Limited 5.7 Hemi

What can I do?

It looks like it downloaded Ford or GM...info from my driver below:

no big deal the tool still needs to finish updates.

Please connect back to the pc and check this.
go to the intune drive and look for a file called get cdrom. is it there click on it.
if not look in the my computer screen for the diablosport cdrom icon. double click on it if it is there.

I couldn't find the getcdrom again, so I clicked on the cdrom icon and it is now updating the inTuner and has just said it will reboot and to be patient......

Is this correct so far?

Let's see what happens when I plug it into the car.....

All working fine again 1r02b now the updated version.

Thanks you guys for talking me through, I got really worried for there!
