I LOVE MY DIABLO SPORT AND EVERYTHING ABOUT IT BUT ONE PROBLEM MY TRUCK SHUTS DOWN AT 125..... AND FOR SPENDING $445.00 I D LIKE TO HAVE IT OUT COMPLETELY IT SAD WHEN I CAN CATCH A SRT8 CHARGER BUT TO ONLY BUT SHUT DOWN AT 125 AND HE STILL WALKS ME SO IF ANY ONE KNOWS OF A DOWN LOAD TO ELIMINATE THIS ALL TOGETHER THAT WOULD BE GREAT


ANOTHER PROBLEM IS 1ST GEAR TAKE OFF WITH 305 40 22 WHEELS USED TO WITH STOCK I COULD BURN THE HELL OUT OF THEM BUT WITH THESES 22 ITS HORRIBLE TAKE OFF BUT DOES GOOD WITH TOP END PERFORMANCE

I'm sure the speed limiter can be adjusted somewhere in the tuner. You just gotta find it. Its also possible that your problem is an aerodynamic wall and not a speed limiter, in which case theres not much you can do.

Either way, an SRT8 is gonna walk on you no matter what the computer says. You're gonna need a blower or turbo to have a shot, not just a tuner. They're purpose built to be fast. You have a truck thats not. Its built to haul shit.

lmao well thats true.... but let me say though i was able to catch him but it took a min though but at 125 the motor kicked out ...
just as if i did not have the chip at all stock cut out is at about 97 to 99 mph.... and it did the same at 125 i just want it faster...
and i do plan on putting a turbo next yr sometime if funds are there

IF YOU STAY IN THE HOUSTON AREA I WILL LIKE TO SEE YOUR TRUCK AGAINST A SRT8 450 HP VS A BOX CHEVY TRUCK. THAT THING WAS COSTIN IS THE REASON YOU CAUGHT UP. I DROVE A CHARGER SRT8 AND IT HAS POWER TO SPAR AT 150 LIKE NOTHING. SORRY TO COME DOWN LIKE THAT ON YOU BUT HEADS AND A BIG CAM AND SOME SPRAY THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM TOPING OUT AT 125.

topping out at 125??!! you should be able to go more than that...

hell, I had my speedo buried at 140+ and still had more pedal to go!!
