Johan, can you add fuel to this?

I guess thats all you need to do. Maybe pull timing? Putting on the smaller blower pulley this weekend, should bring the boost to around 17-17.5psi. Is the standard tune okay for that or do you need to add fuel?

Also putting in the 160° T-stat (couldn't find a 180). Any changes needed there? I know with GM you can't adjust the fan turn on temps.

Im guessing pulling 1-2* would be a good idea, Johan is gone to the keys for the weekend though, might be monday before he sees it.

If he dont have your backup already, he'll need that as well...

Alright. I'm just gonna hold off then. I dropped off the snout and pulley to try to have the swap done. We don't know if the GT500 puller that the shop has will work. Theres a block of metal right behind the pulley that looks like its going to be in the way. If it does, I still gotta finish porting the snout, so I'll hold off putting it on the car for now.

Hoping to get her on the dyno in the next few weeks to see where she's at. I have a bad feeling that the stock exhaust manis are killing my horsepower, but making a boatload of bottom end torque.

EDIT: Jeez, just finished the porting. Some areas of that snout are nearly impossible to get into! Took me about 15 hours, by hand, but saved me $500 through Lingenfelter or $595 from D3, so it was time well spent. After paying $250 just for the 2.5 hours to swap the pulley, I needed to save money somewhere.

Not me. I have back problems and can't lean over for long lengths of time. So with all my breaks, and being super anal, stuff takes longer. It was so much easier with the Jeep when everything was up higher.
