Erased tune, and unit still not working. When trying to install tune the error message states license not valid and last tune written does not match.

Yes-Did erase custome tune

No-Unable to do anything. I get license issues, and last tune written errors. I posted my last tune written in a previous post.

We may have to get you to call in and sort this out on the phone with the tool powered up in the truck if possible...

Well, after a few calls, and some adjustments on the file, it seems as this "tune" may be the answer to my shifting problems. However, it's still early (3 days since custom tune was loaded on truck)....Nice work Brian, and thank you.

I'll keep all posted (at least for those with the shifting issues) on upcoming mileage/shifting observations.
