2007 6.0 updated PCM with out stock program installed

I have a 2007 F350 6.0, with exhaust, air cleaner and EGR delete. Which has been flawless using the PredatorSport v.8r13 in all modes, part#121334/2005 6.0
Recently a shop decided to update my PCM with out permission, the truck was in 100 HP mode at the time, now my programmer does not recognize the truck,(CAL VXCF9H7), and my engine light stays on due to the EGR delete.
Can I update the programmer with the original stock Ford program in it?
Is there a way of retreiving the original stock program to replace the update, as I understand, that was the best combination?
What is the best scenairo to gain my power, economy and clear the EGR Delete code?
