CAT 3126b and M2000

I just received my replacement M2000 for my Cat 3126b. The first one caused a check engine light, and the engine ran poorly. The replacement has exactly the same failure as the first. The voltage from pin 5 of the puck at just key on should be about 0.2v, and both pucks output 6.67 volts, with or without the adjustment pot, and with the pot in changing the power setting does not change the puck output. This is the ICP output to the ECU. Waiting for a reply for my next step.

This is John Thomas checking back in. Have you heard anything from your engineers about the M2000 and CAT 3126b ICP voltage?
Thanks
