Need help... Regarding FAZ21G427-4BANK

Please help- I purchased my first 4 bank Diablo sport chip from Steeda never had any problems used it for about 4 years then when I finally supercharged my ride i took it in to an Authorized Dealer of yours here in town ( San ANtonio Texas ) and they told me that my 4 bank ( which should be reprogramable could not be used) there for i had to purchase a brand new one from them. Anyways this new chip came with free reflashing- from them for life- and well now that i need it reflashed they told me they no longer have the equipment and there getting away from tuning ... I know this isn't your direct problem but can you please help me. My car will not work properly with the chip not tunned and i cant seem to find any one else in town. Are there any other option you can offer...

Currently im awaiting Alamo Performace who is in the process of contacting you guys to see if they can handle this application.

FAZ21G427-4BANK The first shop i used which will remain nameless told me that you should have my tune on file if i provide the above..
