Can I make these adjustments to my custom tune?

I am starting to regret doing business with the company that sent me this tune. The vechicle is a 2005 jeep wrangler rubicon, with t3/t4 turbo. The tune is set up to run 39lb injectors and 8lbs of boost. I am having the following problems that I think are simple to fix except my tuner is not responing to phone calls or e-mails.
1. hard cranking starts half of the time and I can smell fuel.
2. check engine lean correction codes.
3. Rich afr about 10.8 to 11.2 @ wot. I live 6500ft above sea level if that plays a factor or not.
4. Engine rattle, this is all before the jeep gets into boost, for example if i start from a dead stop in 2nd gear the engine will rattle, and at highway speeds around 2800rpm the jeep rattles under light throttle until I get into boost.

Can I adjust cranking fuel or timing with my predator u7137 myself or will I have to find another tuner to correct my file?

No, these adjustments (short of the WOT fueling) will require custom tuning...
