I'm having some issues tuning my truck. I plugged the tuner into my computer, registered, and updated it. When I went to tune my truck it said that my ECM is not supported then just went back to the home screen. It created the attached files. Any idea what is going on? 2009 Silverado 1500 6.2L V8

Thanks!

Dumb question, how do I get the inTune to recognize this file? I tried the drag and drop into the inTune drive how custom tunes are supposed to be installed but the tuner does not recognize it. The drive says that the space is taken up by the new file, but when I plug it into my truck the same thing as before happens.

delete the file from the intune drive, then drag/drop this one ;)

It's still not working. I tried (individually) the new file and an unzipped first one, tried placing it directly into the inTune drive and also placing it into the "tunes" folder within the inTune drive, tried waiting for the tuner to go through the whole "preparing, writing, verifying" process before disconnecting from the computer and also tried not waiting for it to go though that. Every possible combination of those gives the same result.

Yeah it goes through that whole process but when i try to tune my truck it does the same thing it initially did. It says that i need to update it, it gives me a file to send back to you guys and then returns to the home screen.
