I have had the tune on for a month now and it still does the same thing! I really love this tuner, but I love my truck and don't want to mess up the transmission! Do you have any suggestions??

if the trans is slipping with any of the tunes after a relearn, it is simply too weak to hold the extra torque and needs to be rebuilt.

It's not Slippin it just seems like it can't find the right gear when you give it full throttle! I tried someone else's tuner of a different manufacture and it didn't have the shifting problem.

Could it be that the shift points are not set right on the tune?? Because what it does is it jerks around and then it finally finds the gear and it's fine.

there is no shift point adjustment available, as we do not have the ability to flash the TCM, so that cant be changed...

Ok. Then what's the problem?? There seems to be other people with this problem but you guys never give a answer!! Like I said I tried a different tuner and didn't have a problem, so my question is could it have something to do with the tune?? It didn't do it with the ppe tuner or a edge tuner so it's not the trans! I hate to be like this but it's easy to blame something other than the tuner. I just need help because I called you guys and no one answered the phone and I spent good money on something that isn't working right! Maybe the other guy is right may e it has something to do with the fuel pressure to cause it to fell like the trans.

Imnot sure what to suggest, only thing i can imagine is the other tunes are making less torque leading to no shifting issues?

I guess that could be the reason, however both make the same claims as you guys. I don't know I guess I'll just sell this one and try one of the others.
http://killerbeeperformance.com/ talks a little bit about this issue maybe I need to call them. Maybe they could help.
