2005 Mustang V6 Auto to Manual conversion.. Remove PATS

I have a U7140 and I run either the 87 octane or 91 octane tune.

I have changed from a Auto to manual and I need a tune for the manual PCM that does not have PATS enabled.

Is this possible with Diablo tuner's?

I have found tune dealers that will do what I need, but they write for other brand tuners!

yes, it can be done with CMR.

There is a dealer close to me but I am pretty sure they don't do tune work.
